We are pleased to announce the release of the ability to permanently delete users in Power Platform. You will now be able to delete and remove users with a disabled status. The rollout of this new feature has started and will be completed by June 2, 2023.
The “Preview Features” toggle enabled customers to get an advanced peek at four premium storyline features, prior to them being generally available. As we announced a few months ago, all Yammer surfaces will be undergoing a transformation and will now be known as Viva Engage. Users will experience the new Viva Engage branding across the remaining surfaces, including the website, integrations, SharePoint, Progressive Web App (PWA), embed, email notifications and email digest.
The last step remaining is the URL update, which will occur at the end of this year. We will provide more details as we get closer to that milestone. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure a seamless transition, minimizing disruption to your workflow. We appreciate your continued support and patience throughout this rebranding journey.
Users think about which tasks they need to complete, such as creating a survey, inside Microsoft Teams. Soon, app suggestions will be organized by tasks that the apps support as opposed to conventional categories (productivity, project management). As a result, the new categorization will reduce the amount of time users need to spend learning about these apps – helping them to work more effectively.
