We’re introducing default classification for content matching trainable classifiers. This enables admins to view items that match trainable classifiers within Content explorer without first needing to create a policy. This functionality is currently in public preview.

Upcoming, we will be retiring the health status feature in the Office cloud policy service.
Note: If you don’t use the Office cloud policy service in the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center, you can disregard this message.

For those tenants that have LinkedIn integration available to their members, we are expanding its availability to Teams as a panel in one on one conversations. This is the first part of a series of updates which will also bring LinkedIn to the contact card in the coming months. Initially this is limited to contacts within the tenant, but as the contact card updates are released, then this will be available for all contacts within and outside the tenant.

Every team in Microsoft Teams is connected to a team site in SharePoint. This is also true for private channels in Teams. Private channels are connected to their own unique team site. This update includes improvements to the private channel site home page layout and the way site settings apply to the parent site and associated channel sites.

We are currently bringing search history suggestions to Bing for AAD users. Users who are signed in with their AAD account will be able to select suggestions from their search history in search box in Bing homepage, all vertical, and work vertical. This will help users to quickly access previous searches and save them time by only needing to enter a partial search term. We store up to 1000 suggestions for every user. Users have full control over their search history. They can delete the search history or download them at any time. The search management page is easily accessible from the “Manage your search history” link at the bottom of the suggestions list. Their search history isn’t shared with any third parties.

As previously announced, the future of Internet Explorer on Windows 10 is in Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer mode (IE mode) provides legacy browser support within Microsoft Edge. Because of this, the IE11 desktop application will be retired on June 15, 2022. This means that the IE11 desktop application will no longer be supported and afterwards will redirect to Microsoft Edge if a user tries to access it.
With 4 months left before retirement, we highly recommend you begin testing your sites in IE mode, followed by disabling the IE11 application completely via policy to ensure readiness.
