We ask that you pardon our delay of this earlier planned feature release. As previously messaged (MC260561 – June 2021), this feature update makes it so that when a developer submits a custom app through the Teams App Submission API for IT admin approval, you will receive a notification in a dedicated Teams channel. You’ll then be able to review and take the necessary steps to publish the app.

Shared meeting stage allows meeting participants to interact with and collaborate on app content in real time. Until now, it was possible to share an entire app to the meeting stage using the Share to Stage button in Teams client.
With this update, we are releasing new APIs in the Teams Client SDK that will provide developers with the ability to share specific parts of their app to the meeting stage from the app side panel experience.
We apologize for not communicating about this release in a timely manner and any inconvenience it may have caused. With this feature update, Yammer activity is included in activity-based automatic renewal of Microsoft 365 Groups. When a user has viewed a post within a Yammer community or within an interactive email in Outlook, the community will automatically renew group expiration.

Today, we are announcing the retirement of the beta API: https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/reports/getTenantSecureScores. Moving forward, we ask that you use the now generally available API for Microsoft Secure Score which is where we will continue to invest our resources.

Expanding optical character recognition beyond text extracted from images or PDFs to include handwritten and printed text, which will then be evaluated against the customers policy conditions (such as keywords matches for threatening language), further reducing an organizations policy violation risk.
Microsoft Teams users are empowered to report inappropriate or concerning messages within Teams chat and channels. These reported messages are then submitted to a Communication Compliance policy for investigators to review and take action if deemed necessary.
Leveraging Azure Cognitive Services sentiment analysis, messages will be flagged as positive, negative, or neutral sentiment, helping you prioritize riskier messages to address first.
