User activity reports allow you to examine activities for specific users for a defined time period without having to assign them temporarily or explicitly to an insider risk management policy. This
is currently available in public preview.

In order to improve the Microsoft Search experience, promoted results will no longer be supported in Microsoft Search for Organization level scoped searches and will be replaced by the Bookmarks and Q&A features.
Note: Promoted results will continue to be supported for hub and site level scopes.
This new feature will enable users, with edit permission to a video stored in OneDrive for Business or a SharePoint document library, to generate a closed caption file in English.
Any viewer of the video with a transcript will be able to display it as closed captions.

Text predictions help Microsoft 365 users write more efficiently by using intelligent technology to suggest text during composition. This feature is already available for Outlook on the web (MC225214, October 2020), Outlook for iOS in US and Canada (MC229558, December 2020), Outlook for Android in US and Canada (MC, February 2021) and Outlook for Windows (MC229381, December 2020).
Note: We are now extending support for text predictions (English only) for Outlook on iOS and Android for customers worldwide.
Outlook can suggest words and phrases as you compose messages. When Outlook offers a suggestion, swipe to accept it.
,The Software updates page gives admins and business decision makers a high-level overview of the software update status for Office devices in the organization. Future iterations of the page will include more products from the Microsoft 365 suite. The Data Lake utilized for Education Insights Premium, which stores external data from Student Information Systems (SIS), School Data Sync (SDS), and M365 Activity Data, can now be shared and copied to the customer’s own Azure Data Lake. This allows a customer to leverage all the data meant for Insights Premium for their own data exploration, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) purposes.
