On March 7th, 2021 we will conduct a change in our backend networking infrastructure. This change will result in changes to public IPs of Defender for Endpoint Command and control communication.
With this update, end users can choose up to 25 colored labels per task in Planner and Tasks in Teams.

We are adding a new column for the ‘Reported issues’ view in the Service Health page. We will be adding an ‘Issues’ column that will link recently reported issues from the Report an Issue feature to an Incident or Advisory if applicable.

SharePoint group owners can already quickly add Microsoft Teams to a SharePoint team site in order to enhance communication and content collaboration. We’re now making it easier to integrate SharePoint content whenever a group owner adds Microsoft Teams to an existing SharePoint team site.

In December 2020 (MC229381), we announced that Outlook for Windows was adding text predictions during composition by incorporating intelligent technology to help users write more efficiently by predicting text quickly and accurately.
We’re now excited to announce that text predictions will soon be available in Word for Windows when writing documents in English.
As previously announced in MC224879 (October 2020) and MC231124 (December 2020), Microsoft 365 data classification analytics are enabled in your tenant via the Content Explorer service plan.
We are updating the service plan name. You will soon see two service plans that enable both standard and premium functionality in your tenant: Information Protection and Governance Analytics – Standard and Information Protection and Governance Analytics – Premium.
As part of the New Stream experience, new Teams meeting recordings will be stored in your OneDrive for Business and SharePoint. Based on customer feedback we are enhancing the feature so that these recordings are not downloadable by those with view-only permissions, and that those permissions be set by default.
