Customers can now view and understand their agent landscape through the new Overview page that will be included as part of the Agent Dashboard in Microsoft Viva. This experience will provide customers with key at-a-glance insights on adoption in their organizations, visibility into who’s creating agents used in their organization, and details on what business process categories these agents are used for.

Outlook for Mac now supports Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy tips, helping users avoid accidental data leaks. When sensitive content is detected, users are alerted with inline tips or pop-ups, based on admin-configured rules.

Enable Global and Insights admins to turn on additional attributes as filters in Power BI reports, including reserved attributes and your organization’s custom attributes. Users who have access to Power BI reports can then use these newly enabled filters to tailor reports to their business needs.

The Top domain mail flow report in Exchange Online’s Exchange admin center will retire on July 6, 2026. After this, it will be inaccessible, requiring admins to adopt alternative reporting methods. No other mail flow reports or mail delivery behaviors are affected. Prepare by updating documentation and validating new workflows.

Outlook for iOS and iPad will add a Workweek calendar view by mid-May 2026, allowing users to focus on their workdays. iPad users can select it anytime; iPhone users in landscape mode. Users can customize days shown. No admin action is needed to enable this feature.

Microsoft will retire the noise suppression option for video playback in OneDrive and SharePoint between July and August 2026. This change affects only the playback experience; video files remain unchanged. No admin action is required, though updating documentation and notifying helpdesk is recommended.

Chat history in the Copilot navigation pane will be filtered by the current Copilot experience, with an option to view all chats. This change, rolling out April-May 2026, affects all Microsoft 365 users, requires no admin action, and does not impact data storage or compliance.

Microsoft Teams will introduce two new chat sections—Muted chats (enabled by default) and Meeting chats (disabled by default)—to organize chats. These sections group muted and meeting chats separately, can be toggled by users, and will roll out globally from early to mid-May 2026. No admin action is required.

Undo and Redo support for PDF annotations in OneDrive and SharePoint on the web will roll out worldwide in April 2026. Users can undo/redo ink, highlights, and text via keyboard shortcuts or toolbar buttons. The feature is enabled by default, requires no admin action, and improves annotation editing.
