Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows will allow end users to change the language of the app, with the same language choices as the desktop app. The feature will roll out globally by late April 2024. Users must restart the device for the language change to take effect, and admins should enable the language change option through a setting in Skypesettings.xml.
Microsoft is introducing a new Sticky Notes app for Windows, built on the foundation of OneNote, which will make it easier to capture screenshots, add source information to notes, and more. The new app will replace the Feed feature in OneNote on Windows, and users will be able to access it through OneNote initially, with plans to make it available from the Windows Start menu and by toggling over from the existing Microsoft Sticky Notes app. The rollout will begin in mid-March 2024 and is expected to be completed by mid-May 2024. No action is needed from users to prepare for this rollout.

We are announcing the public preview of the Entra Privilege Identity Management (PIM) within the Power Platform admin center, which was made available on February 5, 2024. PIM is a service in Microsoft Entra ID that enables you to manage, control, and monitor access to important resources in your organization. This includes resources in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and other Microsoft Online Services such as Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Intune.
Available for in-tenant participants, the meeting pre-join screen will now include contextual information about the meeting like meeting title, scheduled start time, scheduled end time, and number of participants who have joined the call.
The Teams town hall Graph APIs allow users to create, update, and delete town hall events.
The updated Clipchamp desktop app introduces work account support and lets users with AAD/Entra ID accounts directly access Clipchamp for work through the desktop app for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Users of Clipchamp for work will be able to access the video editor in the app without using a browser. Microsoft 365 administrators can control if their users are able to access both Clipchamp for work and Clipchamp for personal accounts via the app or only Clipchamp for work.

Copilot in OneDrive will soon be available from the file viewer in Microsoft 365 for customers with a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license. Clicking on the Copilot icon in the file viewer will open the Copilot chat panel which will allow you to summarize or get information from your files in OneDrive or SharePoint.
