Outlook: Reactions in Outlook for GCC High and DoD

We will be enabling reactions in Outlook, a feature that is already available in world-wide multitenant, for customers in GCC High and DoD.
We will be retiring the “MDE Settings” and “New version” options from Threat Explorer as we work to clean up and streamline the user experience.
When this will happen:
Schedulers can enable the ‘have attendees join from a web browser’ setting so that attendees joining the virtual appointment on desktop will be routed to the Teams web browser experience. This allows attendees to have access to engagement features including raise hand and live reactions.

In the Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal, the new “Search and Filters for Rooms” feature will be available in the Rooms tab and will allow IT admins to easily search specific rooms and utilize the filtering options to capture rooms data within small sets based on specific criteria.

After 20th of November 2023, Viva Engage will offer a toggle in the Viva Engage/Yammer admin center to disable private messages for all users in the network.
Viva Engage offers a private message capability for users to communicate outside of communities and storylines. Some customers may prefer to limit this option, encouraging users to use other products for private chats. The toggle is a voluntary option to control the information flow in your network and digital workplace.
When adding a Custodian in an eDiscovery (Premium) case, the OneDrive site associated with an inactive mailbox will now be auto populated to be created as a data source. This feature will be available for Custodians added through the Ux only.
Add a Microsoft 365 app that supports link unfurling with an actionable card-based Loop component, and Outlook will show the component when inserting supported links in your email messages. You will be able to choose between the new embedded card or a link when sending email.
