The evidence panels for mail cluster entities and mailbox configuration entities will have a refreshed user experience. The update is solely visual with no change in content. The change will be seen on the incident evidence and response tab, the investigation evidence and entities tabs as well as in action center when applicable to these entity types.

Microsoft will be retiring the mail flow rule which help you track end user reporting. This change is being made to improve the availability and reduce the latency of the submission service so that you can respond to threats (false negatives) more quickly and efficiently.
When this will happen:

Organizational Data in Microsoft 365 is a new capability that will be available worldwide for use with your Microsoft 365 Subscription. This new capability allows you to upload organizational data from HR information systems via .csv file to power a variety of capabilities and features across Viva and Microsoft 365. Apps and features like Viva Amplify, Viva Insights, People card, etc. rely on Organizational data to power high value capabilities and new scenarios. Tenants will be able to power Viva Amplify reporting, new displays on employees People cards, and more personalized experiences in Viva and in Microsoft 365
