We are updating the recommendation for controlling access to Power Platform URLs and IP address ranges. Our current guidance is to configure your allow-lists using the “AzureCloud” service tag in the Azure IP Ranges and Service Tags JSON files. If you have created a customized implementation of allow-list entries, you will need to update your allow-list to avoid disruption of service.

Viva Pulse is a new employee feedback experience that is available for use with your Viva Suite subscription. Viva Pulse empowers managers and project team leaders to request and receive feedback from their teams at any time. Managers and project leads can choose from research-based templates to quickly create a pulse request and send it to select individuals, or groups. They will receive confidential feedback from their team, and they can take immediate action to increase employee engagement and wellbeing. To ensure that your organization has access to this app, our engineering team will conduct a procedure which will ensure that customers having an active subscription to the Microsoft Viva Suite will see the new Viva Pulse service plan alongside other existing Viva service plans.

Soon, the entire Defender for Cloud Apps experience in Microsoft 365 Defender will be generally available.
When this will happen:
Starting the first week of July, the same tenant configuration experiences currently available in the Yammer admin center will also be available within the Viva Engage admin center for Microsoft Viva customers. Global admins, Engage admins (Yammer administrator AAD role) and Yammer network admins can access these features from both the Web and Teams version of the Viva Engage admin experience.
When this will happen:
IT admins or Viva Goals admins can deactivate organizations or delete them if required from the Viva Goals Admin portal. They can also configure to automatically deactivate inactive organizations.

You are receiving this message because your Microsoft Viva Suite license will enable access to Microsoft Viva Glint capabilities by July 2023. This update will not change your experience or impact on any other parts of your Viva Suite or Microsoft 365 admin center.
Microsoft Viva Glint is the new “voice of the employee” solution that is available for use with your Viva Suite subscription. Microsoft Viva Glint helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement. Organizations get immediate visibility into the employee experience with org-wide surveys and recommended actions to drive business outcomes. Questions and action plans are based on People Science to guide employee listening and engagement programs that support the employee experience. Leaders and managers can view results to understand wins and opportunities, compare performance against benchmarks and receive personalized suggestions for learning courses, conversation starters, and other actions that support positive business outcomes. Beginning on June 30, 2023, access to Microsoft Defender for Identity legacy portal at portal.atp.azure.com will be unavailable. Any request will be automatically redirected to Microsoft 365 Defender portal at security.microsoft.com. All new and existing tenants will be automatically redirected to the Microsoft 365 Defender portal, and the option to opt-out will no longer be available.
