Printer manufacturers are in the process of creating Print Support Applications (PSA) to add custom print finishing options and workflows, such as adding a watermark or accounting code to customize the print experience. PSA APIs are already available on Windows 11. This item will bring the power of PSAs to Windows 10 as well. To

People will be able to set a PIN for every print job. At the printer they enter the PIN to release their print job, supporting sustainability goals by preventing the consumption of power, paper and toner, if the print job is not completed. The ability to search online images through Bing is coming soon to Whiteboard web, Teams and Windows App. This service can be controlled by optional connected experiences policy, which controls whether users have access to the functionality.
