This feature accommodates this increase in case size in response to time-sensitive, high-volume regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation in modern day regulated organizations.

The Stream administrator can now empty the admin center recycle bin in one go to free up storage. The admins have a choice to either purge the entire recycle bin or remove the files that they have put in the recycle bin.
