Learning agent in Frontier

The Learning agent is now available in Frontier, offering personalized microlearning and Copilot tips within Microsoft 365 tools. It’s deployable via the Copilot Control Center, requires Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, and is opt-in for admins. Frontier features are experimental and subject to change.

New features coming to Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat for Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat will expand Outlook support to entire inbox and calendar, add Agent Mode in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint using web data and referenced files, and introduce specialized agents powered by Anthropic’s Claude model. Microsoft Forms: Enable Sensitivity Labels

Microsoft Forms will enable sensitivity labels, empowering organizations to control access and manage information protection directly within Forms. Authors and co-authors will be able to manually assign or edit sensitivity labels on forms, ensuring that only users with appropriate permissions can access form design and response pages. Sensitivity labels will also be inherited by Excel files generated from Forms, maintaining consistent data protection across exported content.

Microsoft Teams: Network Device Interface (NDI) bandwidth increase

Microsoft Teams will soon increase the bandwidth when Network Device Interface (NDI) is used with Teams meetings, webinars, or town halls. When an NDI feed is subscribed within the meeting, the bandwidth will automatically increase without the need to pin or spotlight select users for prioritization. Customers can experience up to 8 distinct 1080p NDI streams based on network conditions.
