Microsoft 365 admin center: Organizational messages (Preview)

The Microsoft 365 admin center will soon introduce a preview of Organizational messages, allowing creation and delivery of communications within Microsoft products. Preview features are not license-restricted, but future restrictions may apply. Rollout begins early May 2024, with full details on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 392847. Preparation involves enabling policies, assigning roles to authors and approvers, and ensuring recipients have access to the delivery platforms. No admin action is required before the rollout.

Outlook: Meeting Details in the Reading Pane on Outlook on the Web and the New Outlook for Windows

Microsoft Viva: View only mode in Viva Engage

Microsoft Teams: Message reactions in right-click menu

Microsoft Teams will soon allow users to react to messages directly from the right-click menu. This feature will be available in Teams for web and desktop, starting with a Public Preview in late April 2024 and General Availability in mid-May 2024. No admin action is required for this update.

Microsoft Syntex: Microsoft SharePoint Advanced Tenant Rename feature
