Outlook Mobile in iOS now supports offline search capabilities, even for organizations where admins have disabled Apple’s Spotlight capability using Intune. While these capabilities are limited to keyword searching (for now), it unblocks users from finding critical information even when they’re offline.

With just one click, you can now easily have fun and connect with your team in an immersive space. From your Teams meeting view menu, you will now see an immersive space option. Once you are in the space, choose from one of our 3D environments and experience Spatial Audio, which allows for multiple simultaneous conversations and effective communication without talking over each other. Play interactive games built for team-bonding and explore different ice breaker activities. Express yourself with live reactions to engage with others during discussions. Bring your team together, from any physical location, with a PC or Meta Quest VR devices.
When using the test function in the Compliance portal or in PowerShell to test Exact Data Match (EDM) matches, the resulting EDM matches will be returned along with matches for the Sensitive Information Types (SITs) configured as EDM primary elements to help admins troubleshoot when EDM is not returning expected matches.

Immersive spaces in Teams makes it easier for Teams users to transform their meetings into a 3D experience. With just one click, you can connect with your team in a pre-built immersive space right from the view menu in Teams meetings.
This feature introduces a new and simplified way to setup Teams Room on Windows. During the first boot experience, the user will be presented with an option to enter an OTP to automatically fetch the resource account credentials and sign into Teams Rooms. The users will need a pro license to utilize this feature and provision the OTPs on the Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal.
Admins will be able to configure the maintenance window for their Teams devices from within the Teams Admin Center. These time windows will be used for executing any device upkeep operations, including automatic updates.
With this update, Teams Rooms on Windows will support all-in-one and board device form factors, such as the Surface Hub 3.
The updated interface for the Teams Rooms on Android View Switcher menu provides end users with more control of the front of room display(s) during a meeting and enables customizations including visibility of the meeting chat and which meeting component is displayed on the left and right panel for Front Row. IT admins can configure the default number of panels and default component on panel(s) using the local device setting.
Admins will have consoles updated whenever the paired Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android devices are updated through Teams admin center.
We are changing the keyboard shortcuts used to initiate calls in Teams to create differentiation from other commonly used shortcuts and reduce accidental calls.
The new shortcuts for Windows will be: Alt + Shift + A to initiate audio calls, Alt + Shift + V for video calls. For MacOs the new short cuts will be:Option + Shift + A to initiate audio calls, Option + Shift + V for video calls.
