When you navigate to the “My Files” page in OneDrive for Business Web, you’ll see an Activity column that shows which of your shared documents have unseen edits and comment.

Adding the ability to separate email notifications for the different types of service issues that show up on the Service Health dashboard. Currently admins can enroll in email notifications for incidents and advisories, we are adding additional granularity for admins to subscribe to Microsoft service issues and issues occurring within your organization that require admin action.

In OneDrive, we are adding a “Your Teams” section to the “More Places” page to allow you to easily find and work with all your files in Teams.

There will be a new chat filter within the Chat app which filters out meeting chats and chats with bots. It filters in one on one and group chats.

Coming soon to general availability, the Import custodian’s wizard experience in Advanced eDiscovery allows eDiscovery managers to quickly validate and remediate any errors in their CSV file before submitting custodian import jobs.

The Briefing email from Microsoft Viva helps users start their day on track by surfacing information to prepare for upcoming meetings, follow up on outstanding tasks as well as protect time for independent work. Currently, the Briefing email is available for Microsoft 365 Enterprise users with Exchange Online mailboxes in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. We are expanding to support Exchange Online mailboxes in Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

As mentioned previously (MC280287 – August) and (MC301049 – December), we will soon be moving Microsoft To Do’s backend to a more efficient service. For the best experience across all of your devices, and to avoid any issues with cross device syncing, you will need to update to the latest version.
Note: As To Do tasks are also linked with Outlook Android and iOS apps, please make sure that you update them as well.

Defender for Cloud Apps is reassessing our built-in threat protection policies. On March 27, two of these policies (Cloud Discovery anomaly detection and Data exfiltration to an app that is not sanctioned) will be turned off by default for all tenants.
Note: After March 27, if you wish to not follow the recommended default setting, you will still be able to turn these policies on from the policies section in the portal, as well as continue reviewing the relevant data in the Discovery section.

When you navigate to a site in SharePoint or OneDrive, you’ll be able to access the files stored in the Teams standard and private channels associated with that site.
