Utilize several new built-in, ready-to-use trainable classifiers to discover and auto-classify sensitive content across categories such as product development files, personal financial information, and standard operating procedures. These classifiers are pre-trained using diverse and large numbers of real-world samples to provide broad coverage of multiple common business functions (such as finance, legal, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, or marketing communications), as well as more granular documents and specific forms.

Adding a timer to Whiteboard to help enable users to run timed activities, such as a timed brainstorm.
When a Teams user has joined a meeting using multiple personal devices they can encounter friction when leaving the meeting, including forgetting to leave the meeting on one of their many devices. This functionality allows Teams users to leave a meeting from all their devices with a single tap.
Utilize several new pre-trained and ready-to-use trainable classifiers to discover and auto-classify sensitive content across multiple common business functions (such as finance, HR, healthcare, legal, procurement, and IT), as well as more granular sensitive document categories including IP/trade secrets such as product development files, strategic planning documents, A files, and personal financial information. These classifiers can be applied as conditions in Data Lifecycle Management retention policies and Data Loss Prevention policies.

All the familiar functionalities of meeting apps – tabs, bots, in-meeting dialogue, and meeting
stage – will be supported in Teams VOIP Calls. Users of your apps will enjoy the same familiar app experience as seen in Teams Meetings, in their Teams VOIP Calls.
Users will have the ability to save whiteboards as a template, and will be able to share that template with other individual users.
Microsoft Viva Insights is introducing new recurring time booking options to make it easier to take regular breaks during the workday, protect time to meet weekly learning objectives, and have daily time to catch up on emails and chats. These booking options will be accessible to the user through the Briefing email sent at the end of the week as well as through the Viva Insights app in Teams.
The feature is only available to those with a Microsoft Viva Insights subscription.
