This feature will empower users to have finer controls at a conversation thread level within a channel.

Ability to pin multiple video streams (up to 9 participants) simultaneously during a Teams meeting. User can select which participants to pin from the center of room console.

The updated meeting roster (viewable on the Teams Rooms
console) more closely aligns with the experience available through the Teams
desktop app, and includes capabilities like participant grouping, sort roster
by raised hand, integrated user search. As well as with ability to ask others to join meeting from invited list or from chat.

With this capability, users will be able to use the better together feature on P2P calls and group calls.

Alerts in-room meeting participants if the room is over-capacity based on data defined in a room account. Not all cameras will support this feature.

This
feature enables users on Azure Virtual Desktop on VDI to make an emergency call
while working from home. It will allow users to validate (and if necessary,
edit) the address that will be communicated to emergency responders.

Ability for Teams Rooms to
support different video gallery layouts including in large gallery and Together
mode, in GCC High clouds.

Control in-room meeting devices using a new experience on the Teams mobile app. Controls include: turn mic on/off, turn camera on/off, adjust audio, leave the meeting.
