We are excited to announce that early access for the 2021 wave 2 release for Dynamics 365 and industry clouds and Microsoft Power Platform is available as of August 2, 2021.
This is a compilation of new capabilities and features that will be released between October 2021 and March 2022.
This feature update will allow you, when in a Teams meeting and someone shares content, to now click on participant videos in gallery view to swap the content with gallery, effectively bringing videos to the center and content to the side or top.
Note: Unlike earlier, when Large Gallery was disabled when content was shared, you can now launch Large Gallery when somebody is sharing screen or other content.
Beginning on September 2, 2021, we are changing the name of the Data subject request tool to User data search and moving the tool under the eDiscovery drop down in the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center.

With Intune’s August (2108) service release, we are making reporting improvements which includes moving the Endpoint Security configuration report to be combined with the Device configuration report. As part of the evolution of the new Stream (built on SharePoint), we are introducing the meeting recording auto-expiration feature, which will automatically delete Teams recording files stored in OneDrive or SharePoint after a preset period of time.
This, Microsoft Stream, new release will allow the end user to view the transcript for a Microsoft Teams meeting recording in the transcript pane next to the video player.

This change will improve the accuracy with which we identify capture and render devices that Microsoft Teams users rely on every day, enabling administrators to get a better view of their device quality landscape through Call Quality Dashboard.
