We’ve released updates to the following update channels for Microsoft 365 Apps:
Search results in Outlook on the web will now show Teams messages and files shared in
Teams conversations
Save time with AI based file suggestions in chat. As an expansion of suggested replies in chats, Teams uses AI to surface files when it detects in the conversation intent to share a file. Now, users will be able to respond to their chat message and attach a file in one click.
Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance policies can be configured to analyze Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts for potential policy matches. Communication Compliance provides the tools to help organizations detect regulatory compliance violations (e.g. SEC or FINRA) and business conduct violations, such as inappropriate sharing of sensitive/confidential information, adult content, and using harassing or threatening language. Built with privacy by design, usernames are pseudonymized by default, role-based access controls are built in, investigators are opted in by an admin, and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.
Expand the functionality of DLP Policy Tips in Outlook Win32 to support additional top predicates and exceptions for all customers, and also advanced classification for E5 customers.
Outlook for Windows will support S/MIME (Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) sign and encryption as sensitivity label outcome. If admins define the label to have S/MIME sign, encryption, or both and emails with those labels will enforce S/MIME accordingly.

Connect Viva Goals projects and key results to Microsoft Planner.
Protect sensitive content on files stored on remote network shares or mapped network drives with the same protection behavior as a file on a mounted hard drive.
To reduce the number of stale raised hands in meetings, we will now suggest users to lower their raised hand after we detect they spoke in the meeting. They will be able to choose to keep their hand raised. If the user doesn’t take any action on the suggestion notification, we’ll automatically lower their hand. This should ensure smoother meeting facilitation for organizers and presenters.
