Call queue agents can now place calls from the Calls app using a call queue phone number, defined in resource account, as their caller ID. This ensures the call is properly identified by the recipient and that the call back number is the call queue number rather than the agent’s personal line.

Few changes to our reflow automation for two-column sections, control of vertical section reflow, and the RSS Connector web part will give more control to the users around the number of publications shown at a time and the number of articles shown per publication.

Printer manufacturers are in the process of creating Print Support Applications (PSA) to add custom print finishing options and workflows, such as adding a watermark or accounting code to customize the print experience. People will be able to set a PIN for every print job. At the printer they enter the PIN to release their print job, supporting sustainability goals by preventing the consumption of power, paper and toner, if the print job is not completed. The ability to search online images through Bing is coming soon to Whiteboard web, Teams and Windows App. This service can be controlled by optional connected experiences policy, which controls whether users have access to the functionality.

IT admins can now disable chat write access at the policy level for non-federated users and unauthenticated users who join Teams meetings through a link that must be used in conjunction with disabled meeting chat policy to provide additional security against data exfiltration.
IT Pros will be able to delegate rights to administrate a select group of printers to another person. This is very useful; in case a branch office team needs the ability to manage the printers at their location.
