We are excited to announce that Microsoft Search Analytics reports in the Search & Intelligence Admin Center have been updated with improved user analytics! We have expanded coverage to almost all search applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Windows Search! Other improvements provide deeper insights and filtering capabilities for search adoption across search applications and user segments like geography, department, and occupation. The goal is to give you a good insight into adoption of search and to identify adoption gaps for specific search applications, geographies, or departments.

Microsoft Teams: Collaborative Notes in Channel Meetings

Collaborative Notes will replace Wiki-based Channel Meeting Notes. Collaborative Notes in channel meetings allow attendees to co-create and collaborate on their meeting agenda, notes, and action items.

Since Collaborative Notes are a Loop component, it is always in sync regardless of how many places they live in. Assigned Tasks in Collaborative Notes automatically sync with To Do and Planner.

We are making some adjustments to the GAL search and browse experiences. Users will be asked to type in more characters to refine their search in some cases.

There will be some other visual improvements in error messaging. Another way to find recipients is by using the suggestion dropdown picker in the To/Cc/Bcc lines.

You no longer need to worry about creating and maintaining eligibility groups for devices not ready for Windows 11. Now, you can use Microsoft Intune or the Microsoft Graph API to deploy Windows 11 upgrades with assurance that any ineligible devices would be automatically updated to the latest available version of Windows 10.
