When Microsoft 365 and Office 365 E3 and E5 users are assigned tasks from a project plan built in Project for the web, they can update the progress and mark their tasks’ percent complete without a Project license. This editing capability will be rolling out in May 2022 to tenants with Project Plan 1, Project Plan 3, and Project Plan 5 subscriptions

With the updated Teams App Store launch a few months ago, a new experience is available to discover and install apps inside Microsoft Teams. Now, users on Teams can browse and find apps in the Teams Store that are blocked within the tenant and request them from the admins by clicking the ‘Request approval’ button. Admins can receive the valuable signal from the end users about desired apps to help prioritize their availability in the tenant. Our intelligent ranking algorithm on the Teams Store will continue to display apps that are popularly installed and used in the user’s tenant before showing blocked apps.
The Microsoft Teams Shifts connector for Blue Yonder Workforce Management is a first-party offering that’s hosted and managed by Microsoft. The Shifts connector allows for two-way replication of schedule and shift related data between Microsoft Teams and Blue Yonder Workforce Management (WFM).
