Announcing retirement of Compliance Manager (classic) in the Service Trust Portal

As announced both in-product (February 4, 2021) and via documentation, we will soon retire Compliance Manager (classic) from the Microsoft Service Trust Portal.

We recommend using Compliance Manager within the Microsoft 365 compliance center, the specialized workspace for compliance, privacy, legal, and risk officers. It has improved user experience, the ability to extend Compliance Manager use across your assets, and enhanced workflow and assignment options. We are committed to continually enhancing the solution capabilities for Compliance Manager in the Microsoft 365 compliance center.

Microsoft Forms: Correct Answer choice in Teams Meeting Forms Polls

This new feature introduces Correct Answer choices to Polls within Teams meetings and will roll out across Microsoft Teams Desktop, Mobile and Web. The new update will make poll creation fluid, as frictionless as possible and gives presenters control of their meeting experience.

Supervised Chat for Teams private chats

To prevent inappropriate messaging behavior, many institutions have had to disable private chat in Microsoft Teams. Now, we’re excited to bring this new release of Teams Supervised Chat that will block restricted users from starting new chats unless an appropriate supervisor is present. This will roll out across Microsoft Teams Desktop, Web and Mobile.
