Interpreter agent in Teams meetings (Copilot)

The Interpreter agent in Teams meetings allows real-time speech-to-speech interpretation, enabling users to speak and listen in their preferred language. Users can choose their own simulated voice or default voices. Rolling out from late March to early April 2025, it requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Admins can manage access via PowerShell.

We are announcing the create automated copilots triggered by events feature for Copilot Studio. This feature allows you to create autonomous agents that can react to an event such as a table update, a new document, or a newly received email rather than relying on end-user input. Microsoft Teams: Add a presenter from the participant roster in a town hall or webinar

Organizers and presenters can quickly add a missing presenter to an ongoing town hall or webinar by calling them directly from the participant roster. Once the missing presenter accepts the call, they instantly join as a presenter, automatically joining the Green Room (if enabled) and added to the event group chat.

Microsoft Viva: Group-less campaigns in Viva Amplify

We are streamlining the campaign management experience in Viva Amplify and campaigns will no longer be tied to M365 groups. As such, M365 Group admins will no longer be a required role to configure Viva Amplify and only SharePoint admin role will be required. Also, when you create a campaign, there will no longer be a campaign channel tied to the Viva Amplify campaign, simplifying the campaign creation experience.
