Universal Print enables employees using Windows 11 through Azure Virtual Desktop to print to organization printers without the need for print servers. The printers that people set up persist from session to session and only for their sessions.

This feature allows you convert you existing surveys or quizzes into Microsoft Forms, making it much quicker to get started. After import, you can still edit as needed before collecting responses.

Coming soon to public preview, the Communication Compliance solution in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal will surface step-by-step guidance to help admins get started with policy configuration and common Communication Compliance tasks.

IT admins may notice that Microsoft Teams Real-Time Analytics history is currently available for 7 days instead of the usual 24 hours. This is part of an ongoing public preview of this functionality before release as part of the Microsoft Teams Advanced Communications add-on license.

SharePoint recommends a maximum of 2,000 lists and libraries per site, and 2,000 subsites per site. These have been long standing limits for SharePoint but have not been formally enforced.
There have been cases where some sites exceeded these limits, resulting in poor site performance and low-quality viewing experience. One of the most impacted areas is the API performance that degrades significantly when users access data on the sites that exceed their recommended limits. The API calls may time out or get throttled, blocking the users from opening the site or resulting in unexpected failures. In some extreme cases, the issue can impact functionalities beyond these sites.

Universal Print wants to eliminate most print failures automatically. For failures that cannot be eliminated completely, we want to make it more informative for admins to troubleshoot the issue. As a first step, the printer’s jobs page will be enhanced by adding more information about the job like size of the print payload, document name, time taken at each step, error code for failed jobs with links to corresponding help page.

Universal Print with all existing features will be available to the GCC High cloud.
