These tab actions will be found by clicking on the tab name to show a dropdown menu. These actions include:

We are adding support for rich text (bold, italics, underline, etc.) and images in the Planner task notes field.

There may be times when managers need more formal attestation, such as a signature, before being able to act on an approval request. We will soon allow Teams admins to enable electronic signature support through DocuSign within the Microsoft Teams Approval app (desktop and web).
NOTE: A DocuSign license will be required to leverage this functionality/feature.

Resources in the SharePoint app bar will be expanding to include an entry point to Microsoft 365 Lists.

Final Reminder: As previously announced (MC229143 – December ’20, MC274503 – July and MC288472 – September), to ensure that we meet performance expectations, we are updating the supported versions of Outlook for Windows that can connect to Microsoft 365 services.
Note: Effective November 1, 2021, the following versions of Outlook for Windows (starting with Outlook 2007, in a phased rollout), will not be able to connect with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 services.

In this feature update, we are adding Visio in Microsoft 365 commercial plans for your users at no additional cost.
