Embed web part in SharePoint spaces will allow users to insert HTML pages as web parts in a SharePoint space. Space viewers will see a thumbnail image in the 3D space that can be viewed as a fully functional HTML overlay when selected by the user. Space viewers that are using a mixed reality headset will only see the thumbnail when selecting the web part unless they return to the browser to interact with the embedded content.

This new feature will enable users, with edit permission to a video stored in OneDrive for Business or a SharePoint document library, to generate a closed caption file in English.
Any viewer of the video with a transcript will be able to display it as closed captions.
Coming soon to public preview, Communication Compliance will appear as an option within DLP policy recommendations.

Organizers will soon be able to assign the co-organizer meeting role to up to 10 specific people they invite to their meeting. Co-organizers will be granted most of the capabilities of the organizer in the meeting, including being able to access & modify the meeting options for the meeting.
Usage of the co-organizer role for a meeting will be optional. If users choose not to use the co-organizer feature, there will be no change.
We will be updating the site creation experience to make it easier for site creators to select the right type of SharePoint site, understand roles, and site permissions. Updates to this experience will include refreshed graphics, expanded site descriptions, and additional context for different permission levels in the Site permissions panel.

Users will soon be able to quickly stylize their photos in OneDrive by applying filters. With filters, users can adjust the “look” of their photos with one click without having knowledge of photo editing.
NOTE: Currently, only Jpeg and Jpg files are supported. The feature will support PNG files in the future.

With Internet Explorer mode (IE mode), Microsoft Edge enables a seamless single browser experience for environments with a mix of legacy and modern applications. You can control which applications need legacy compatibility such that your end-users have the most secure browsing experience without compromising business critical workflows. As you transition your workflows and applications from IE11 to IE mode in preparation for retirement of the IE11 desktop application (MC257152 (May 2021)), the preview version of Cloud Site List Management enables you to manage your site lists for IE mode in the cloud through the Microsoft Edge Site Lists experience in the M365 Admin Center.
New service plans called M365_Lighthouse_Plan1 and M365_Lighthouse_Plan2 were recently added to the Windows 365 Enterprise at the tenant level. These new service plans are part of the Microsoft 365 Lighthouse for Microsoft CSP managed service provider partners supporting Microsoft 365 customers with fewer than 500 licenses.

Viva Insights is enhancing the focus time experience for users of Viva Insights in Microsoft Teams. Users will have the ability to enroll in a focus plan and modify their focus plan settings directly from the Teams app, a function currently accessible from the Viva Insights web dashboard. Additionally, users will have access to a new focus mode experience. Users who have booked focus time will receive a notification as their focus time nears. Upon clicking the notification, the user will enter the focus mode experience in Microsoft Teams. The focus mode experience includes access to Headspace focus music and a focus timer. Users who do not have access to Headspace will have access to a breathing exercise when entering focus mode.
