We’re adding support for DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) domain entry to the Advanced Delivery policy. This enhancement enables security administrators to use DKIM domains in addition or instead of P1 sending domains to configure their third-party phishing simulations.
This option adds flexibility as well as another secure method for third-party phishing simulation vendors that utilize large number of P1 sending domains in their phishing simulation campaigns. Vendors can instead sign all their domains with one or a few DKIM domains. The end user (security administrator) will then just need to specify the DKIM domain in their advanced delivery policy configuration.

We will be updating the Teams meeting roster (viewable on the Teams Rooms console) to closely align with the current experience available on the Teams desktop application. This will provide new capabilities such as, participant grouping for instructed meetings, sorting roster by raised hand, an integrated user search and the ability to ask others to join meetings from an invite or from chat.
In addition to this, we will be making the roster position on the console better align with that of the Teams desktop application while adding a touch friendly interface for participant options. Users will also benefit from a unified universal bar that will provide in meeting call controls for presenters and attendees for Teams meetings, large meetings support, and Live events (presenter only).

As hybrid workplaces become more common, we’re excited to let you know that content from camera will soon be available in Microsoft Teams. This option enables users to stream content from directly from physical artefacts such as whiteboards and documents in a legible way. During a Teams call, users will be able to access the projection options simply by clicking Share > Content from camera.

A set of utility tools to quickly fix and format an image on OneDrive for Business will soon be available. Capabilities will include; rotate, crop (freeform crop and fixed aspect ratio crop), and flip (horizontally and vertically).
The update will also include a set of commonly used adjustments to adjust the quality of the photograph to change the look. This feature will be available as sliders for users to increase/decrease the intensity of each adjustment. Adjustments are additive to each other, and users can adjust individual slider and see the direct result on the enlarged image.

We recommend using the OneDrive sync app to sync SharePoint files with your computer, rather than using View in File Explorer. Sync with OneDrive Files On-Demand helps you work with all your cloud files in File Explorer without having to download all the files and use storage space on your device. In some special cases, we understand that some customers may still have a need to use View in File Explorer to access modern document libraries. Currently, The View in File Explorer option is only available in IE11. As we have announced in MC257029, IE11 support for Office 365 services and apps has retired as of August 17, 2021.
Starting in Microsoft Edge Stable version 93, you can enable the View in File Explorer capability on SharePoint Online for Modern Document Libraries. For this experience to be visible and work for your users, you will need to enable the Microsoft Edge policy “Configure the View in File Explorer feature for SharePoint pages in Microsoft Edge” and update your SharePoint Online tenant configuration.

Today, if you want to join a meeting hosted in a different cloud to one of your tenant, you are directed to use the Teams web experience. We are improving the experience to allow users to join meetings across clouds from their desktop app anonymously.

With this update, Microsoft Teams Desktop users will receive the long awaited ability to reply to specific messages in chat from the message actions menu. This will help bring more context into conversations. This feature has already been available on the iOS and Android apps.
